Timothy A. Schneider received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
Mr. Schneider went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, graduating summa cum laude with certificates in intellectual property and legal writing. While in law school, he was an articles editor on the Whittier Law Review and received an impressive seven CALI Excellence for the Future Awards® for the highest grades achieved in multiple subjects, including legal writing, the legal aspects of venture capital and private equity, and real property.
Mr. Schneider was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and was privileged with the Whittier Law Review’s publication of his article, “Business Method Patents: In the Wake of CLS, How Should They Be Treated?” (36 Whittier L. Review 195).
Prior to joining Houser LLP, Mr. Schneider practiced business litigation and transactional matters, with experience in a variety of commercial and business industries.
Mr. Schneider is admitted to practice in all the courts of the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Young Lawyers Division.
