Neil Cooper received his Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from Creighton University in 2008, having double majored in Cellular Biology and Philosophy. Mr. Cooper received his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law in 2011.

Mr. Cooper is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in California, the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Federal Circuits.
