Mario Cacciola is an associate attorney located in the firm’s New York office. He is a seasoned litigator whose practice focuses on representing financial institutions. Mario has tried cases in both state and federal court and has extensive experience representing clients before government regulators including the SEC, CFTC, and FINRA. Prior to joining Houser LLP, Mr. Cacciola worked as a litigation associate for a large New York law firm where his practice focused on matters involving complex financial products and market manipulation as well as white collar defense. Mr. Cacciola has extensive experience in all facets of litigation and prides himself on his dedication to his clients. In his free time Mr. Cacciola enjoys finding new recipes to enjoy, playing music, and running the occasional half-marathon.
