Reed Cohn is an associate attorney located in the firm’s New York office. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he graduated magna cum laude. Prior to law school, Reed worked for an asset management firm and an investment bank in New York City where he gained substantial experience in the financial services sector. Reed earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. While in law school, Reed also obtained roles in investment compliance, criminal defense, and public advocacy/lobbying to acquire additional experience in fields affiliated with the practice of corporate law. Prior to joining Houser LLP, Reed practiced in various areas of the law, including commercial litigation, legal malpractice, and white-collar defense. Reed is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
