Daniel Hughes is an associate attorney in the firm’s NYC office. Mr. Hughes earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Wagner College. While at Wagner College, Mr. Hughes was a student body president and four- year letter winner on Wagner College’s NCAA Division I lacrosse team. Mr. Hughes earned his law degree from The Catholic University of America with a concentration in securities law. In law school, Mr. Hughes interned for the Investment Company Institute in its securities law department. Mr. Hughes also served as president of the Securities Law Students Association and was a member of the Securities Law National Moot Court Team.

Mr. Hughes is a member of the State Bar of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
