Andrew Nees is an associate attorney in the firm’s New York office. Before joining the firm, he gained extensive experience in business, real estate, and general liability litigation at firms in New Jersey. Prior to that, he served as a law clerk at the trial level within the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Nees earned his bachelor’s degree, graduating summa cum laude, from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School. During law school, he served as a Student Body Association Senator, competed as a member of the Mock Trial Board in numerous interscholastic mock trial competitions, and worked as a student attorney in the Housing Justice Clinic.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Nees serves on the board of directors for the Optimum Health Institute of San Diego, a holistic wellness 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Andrew is member of the State Bars of New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
