Biography
Nicholas A. Reynolds is an associate attorney in Houser LLP’s Seattle, Washington office. Mr. Reynolds represents clients in commercial litigation primarily involving consumer finance, real estate and secured transactions. Before joining the firm, he practiced property and casualty insurance defense for commercial policyholders and served as in-house counsel for a corporate and consumer debt buyer. Prior to that, he clerked for King County Superior Court jurists LeRoy McCullough and Carol A. Schapira.
He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oregon, where he served as a research assistant for the Environmental & Natural Resources Law Center and clerked for the Lane County District Attorney’s Office.
Membership
Cole is admitted to practice law in both Washington and Oregon. He is a member of the King County Bar Association and volunteers regularly for that organization’s Housing Justice Project.
