Mike Rosen is an associate attorney in the firm’s NYC office. Mike began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office Investigations Division. He spent his time within the Investigation Division’s Organized Criminal Activity and Narcotics Bureaus. There he was involved in the investigation of complex and sophisticated organizations and criminal networks. Mike brought his investigation and litigation experience at the District Attorney’s Office to the healthcare sector, representing healthcare providers affiliated with some of New York’s largest hospitals and health care networks in a wide range of tort actions, including general liability and medical practice. Mike has handled all phases of civil actions and has a keen appreciation of the interests and concerns unique to multiple entities facing legal action and proceedings.
