We have handled Nationwide Litigation Management for clients since 2005. We handle all cases ourselves in the states where we have offices and use local counsel in the other states where we receive referrals.
We conduct litigation intake and file review, hiring and overseeing local counsel, reviewing invoices, monthly reporting, and quality control.
