Attorneys Bob Norman and Darlene Morris of Houser LLP obtained a trial victory in the Santa Barbara California Superior Court this week. Houser’s financial institution client was sued by a Plaintiff claiming millions of dollars in damages.
 
Plaintiff’s last settlement demand was $800k. At trial, the Court granted a complete defense verdict on all of Plaintiff’s claims. The Court noted that Mr. Norman’s cross-examination of Plaintiff was “devastating to her case.” This was Ms. Morris’ third trial in the last six months.
