Houser Victory For Client Following Jury Trial

Houser’s client, a successful tech startup company, was sued by an individual claiming to have an ownership stake in the company entitled to $7.2 million in damages. Following the jury trial, the Court issued judgment on all claims in favor of Houser’s client, resulting in a complete defense win.
